As a designer with MSA architecture + design, I collaborated on all phases including programming clients needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documents.  I was primarily responsible for the presentation packages for all phases creating 3D renderings, fly-through videos, conceptual design and participated in the selection of furniture, finishes, and accessories.  

With the MSA team, we worked with management to create a growth strategy based on a completely new convenience store design.  The concept was based on a deep assessment of customer experience (CX) expectations across key growth segments, including women and millennial.  Using these insights the team developed the name, identity, interior and exterior design for the new concept set to be rolled out over 100 Shell sites in the next 5 years.  After successfully piloting the new design at an existing convenience store in Silicon Valley, LOOP was launched as a newly branded store.  The new store has achieved a 250% improvement in sales growth and is setting a new standard in the industry.
