Poke Roll

In collaboration with MSA architecture + design, I provided a conceptual design package that includes concept plan, concept design, schematic design and design development. I also provided recommended specifications of materials, light fixtures, and furniture. The final design package was given to client to take to a general contractor to build off of. No architectural drawings sign/stamp or engineer drawings were provided.

The back and forth communication on the design was the biggest challenge. However, I took the time to constantly meet with the client with weekly meetings and updates to ensure my team at MSA was on the same page with the client.
